<p>Celebrating the Royal Australian Navy's 100th Anniversary, the RAN will be granted Freedom of Entry to the City of Melbourne on the 16th of September 2011.</p>
<p>Step off from the the Concert Hall, St Kilda Road will be at 11.30am, straight up Swanston St with the challenge occuring at Collins St, then concluding in Lonsdale St.</p>
